Terms of service

  • provide clear description and visual references

  • pay 100% upfront or 50% then pay the rest after the sketch

  • no last minute refunds

  • turn-around time is 3-7 days, may depend on the complexity and my availabity

  • i can refuse request if needed

  • i will draw in my own style

  • any last minute changes/additionals may require extra charges

  • final output will be sent via gmail / gdrive
